Admission to Iron Ridge starts with one confidential conversation, not an application. Calls answered live by our team, Mon–Fri 8am–9pm CT. Nothing is charged, and reaching out commits you to nothing.

This section answers the questions people actually want answered before they make contact — what it costs, how billing works, what happens after you send the form, and what to expect.

Iron Ridge is Texas' dedicated intensive program for men with compulsive sexual behavior and porn addiction: not a substance rehab, not a general IOP. Eight weeks, at home and at work, in Austin or by video across Texas.

What happens after I inquire → Who reads your inquiry, what the first call is like, what we do and do not do with your information, and the circumstances in which we will tell you this is not the right place.

Pricing → $25,000 for the eight-week clinical arc, billed at $12,500 per month. Recovery coaching is $4,500 per month. The Partner & Family Program is included at no additional cost.

Insurance and superbills → Iron Ridge is out-of-network. We can bill your PPO out of network or give you a superbill to submit yourself. If you pay privately, no claim is filed and we never contact your carrier.

The sequence

1. Inquiry. Call and you reach our team live, or send a form and a clinician follows up personally.
2. Consult call. A clinical conversation about what is going on and whether this is the right level of care.
3. Clinical assessment. If it looks like a fit, a fuller assessment establishes the clinical picture and the treatment plan.
4. Start. The clinical arc runs eight weeks at 9 to 12 hours per week, in person in Austin or by secure telehealth across Texas.

What we treat, and what we do not

Iron Ridge is a men's intensive outpatient program built exclusively for compulsive sexual behavior. That is the only thing we do.

We are not the right level of care for active psychosis, unstable mood-disorder presentations, substance use requiring primary SUD treatment, or acute suicidality. Those need stabilizing in a different setting first. The program page sets out who it is for and who it is not for in full.

If the full program is not possible right now

There is a $300 clinical assessment, credited against the program if you enroll, and the partner program is available on its own for $5,000. Every option and its price.

If you are a partner

How do I start at Iron Ridge?

Is there a waiting list?

Admission is rolling, so there is no start date to wait for; you begin your own eight-week arc when you are admitted. Ask on the consult call and you will get a straight answer about current timing.

Do I need a referral to be admitted?

No. Most clients reach us directly. Clinicians can also refer through the referral process, but a referral is not required.

Do I have to commit to the full eight weeks?

The clinical arc is designed as an eight-week course and the work depends on completing it. But you are not signing anything at inquiry, and the consult call exists partly to work out whether the commitment is realistic for your situation.

Can I do this without my employer or family knowing?

Iron Ridge never contacts employers or family members, and if you pay privately no insurance claim is filed. Evening and virtual options exist. Raise your specific constraints on the consult call.

What if I live outside Austin?
