Iron Ridge is Texas’ dedicated intensive program for men with compulsive sexual behavior and porn addiction: not a substance rehab, not a general IOP. The same eight-week program, in person in north Austin or by secure video from anywhere in Texas.

Do you need residential care?
Most people type “rehab” when they mean “treatment.” Rehab usually refers to residential care — moving in for thirty to ninety days — and there are only a handful of residential programs in the country that treat sexual behavior seriously. For most men that level is neither necessary nor workable: the job, the family, and the confidentiality that residential care cannot protect.
Iron Ridge is an intensive outpatient program, not a rehab. It delivers 9–12 clinical hours a week for eight weeks without removing you from the life you are working to repair, in person in Austin or by telehealth from anywhere in Texas. If you are not sure which level of care you need, the first consultation call is where that gets worked out, and we will say so if residential is the right answer for you.
Payment and privacy
Out-of-network. Private pay, out-of-network billing to your PPO, or a superbill you submit yourself. Nothing goes to your insurer unless you choose.

Can I attend from outside Texas?
No. Our clinicians are licensed in Texas, so you need to be physically located in Texas during sessions.
