Privacy Policy
What this site collects, which services process it, and how to ask us to delete it. Calls are recorded and the self-assessment stores your answers.
Last updated 2 September 2026. Iron Ridge Recovery LLC operates ironridgerecovery.com. This page explains what the website collects, who else handles it, and what you can ask us to do about it.
We have tried to describe what actually happens rather than what is customary. If something here is unclear, ask us and we will answer plainly.
What this policy covers
This policy covers the website and the phone numbers published on it. It does not cover the clinical record created once you become a client. That record is governed separately by the privacy practices you receive at intake, and it is held to a different and stricter standard.
Anything you send us before you are a client is treated as confidential and read only by the clinical team. It is not a clinical record, and this page describes how it is handled.
What we collect
When you visit the site. Pages viewed, approximate location derived from your network address, the site or advert you arrived from, and general device information. Your network address is shortened before it is stored, so it does not identify you.
When you call. The published numbers are tracked lines. We record the number you called from, its general location, the time, how long the call lasted, and which source brought you to us. Calls are recorded. If you would rather not be recorded, say so at the start and we will stop the recording.
When you send an enquiry. Whatever you enter on the consult request form, which includes your name, email address, an optional phone number, and what you choose to tell us about your situation.
When you take the self-assessment. Your name, email address, phone number, your total score, and your answer to each individual question. Please read that sentence carefully before you take it. If you would prefer to answer those questions only in conversation with a clinician, call us instead and skip the form.
When you use the chat assistant. Whatever you type into it. Treat it as you would an email rather than a therapy session, and keep clinical detail for the call.
Who else handles this information
The site relies on outside services. Each of them holds some of the information above.
- Google Analytics measures how the site is used. It is configured to shorten network addresses, and to send nothing to Google for advertising personalisation or cross-device profiling.
- CallTrackingMetrics provides the tracked phone numbers, changes the number shown to match how you arrived, and stores call records and recordings.
- Jotform receives and stores the consult request form and the self-assessment, including individual answers.
- Google Ads tells us that an advert led to an enquiry. It receives the fact of a conversion, not what you wrote.
- DIAL3D provides the chat assistant and processes what is typed into it, under a business associate agreement that holds it to the same confidentiality and breach-reporting duties we hold ourselves to.
- Vercel hosts the site and keeps routine server logs.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone outside the services listed above. There is no advertising pixel on this site that follows you around the internet, no session replay recording of your mouse and keystrokes, and no cookie set by us.
We will not contact anyone else about you without your permission, and we will not leave a message identifying Iron Ridge unless you tell us it is safe to do so.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and assessment results are kept while we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. Call recordings are kept under the retention period set in our call system. Analytics data is retained on Google's schedule and is not tied to your name.
If you want your information deleted and you have not become a client, ask and we will delete it.
Your choices
- Ask what we hold. Email intake@ironridgerecovery.com and we will tell you.
- Ask us to delete it. Same address.
- Decline call recording. Say so at the start of the call.
- Turn off analytics. Most browsers offer a do-not-track setting, and browser extensions that block analytics work normally on this site.
- Use the phone instead of a form. Nothing on this site has to be typed. Calling leaves the smallest written trail.
Children
This is an adult programme. The site is not directed at anyone under eighteen and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
If you are in crisis
This site is not a crisis service and nothing here is monitored in real time. If you are in immediate danger or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 — the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, available 24 hours a day — or call 911.
