How to reach us
Phone — (512) 877-8616 Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm Central. If we do not pick up, leave a voicemail. It is returned within one business day and it is not transcribed to anyone outside the clinical team.
Email — intake@ironridgerecovery.com Read by a licensed member of the clinical team, not a call centre. Send only what you are comfortable putting in an email — we will ask anything else on the call.
Confidential consult request Request a confidential consult → — the form takes a couple of minutes. What happens after you inquire explains the sequence in detail.
Where we are
Iron Ridge Recovery 4030 W. Braker Ln, Suite 410 Austin, TX 78759
The clinic is in North Austin, near the Braker Lane and MoPac corridor, with parking on site. Suite 410 is on the ground floor, and there is no waiting room shared with other practices.
We see clients in person from across the Austin metro — Westlake Hills, Bee Cave, Lakeway, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Leander, Georgetown, Pflugerville and Dripping Springs — and by secure telehealth across Texas.
Who you will be talking to
Clinical enquiries are handled by the team directly. Ian Birdwell, LPC, CSAT is Clinical Director. Roxcy Brown, LMFT-Associate, CCPS-C (supervised by Billy Myers, LMFT-S, Texas license 201183) directs the Partner & Family Program. Ian Brown is Founder and CEO and handles operational and admissions questions.
If you are a partner rather than a client, you are a separate client with your own intake and your own clinician. You do not go through his file to reach us.
If you are a clinician making a referral
There is a separate path with its own form and coordination workflow. For referring clinicians →
If this is an emergency
Iron Ridge is an outpatient program and we are not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 — the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, available 24 hours a day — or call 911.
We are not the right level of care for active suicidality or acute self-harm. Those need stabilising in a different setting first, and we will say so if that is what we hear.
What we will not do
- We will not contact your insurance company. Iron Ridge is private pay and does not submit claims.
- We will not contact your employer, your family, or anyone else.
- We will not add you to a marketing list or start an automated follow-up sequence.
- We will not call repeatedly if you go quiet. One reply, and then it is your move.

Common questions
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm Central. Voicemail left outside those hours is returned within one business day.
How quickly will someone respond?
Within one business day, by whichever method you asked us to use.
Where can I see all the common questions?
The admissions FAQ collects them in one place — cost, privacy, insurance, timing, partners and fit.
Can I just call instead of filling in a form?
Yes. (512) 877-8616 reaches the intake team directly, and plenty of people find a call easier than writing it down.
Where exactly is the clinic?
4030 W. Braker Ln, Suite 410, Austin, TX 78759 — North Austin, near Braker Lane and MoPac, with on-site parking. Suite 410 is on the ground floor.
Do I have to come to Austin?
No. The same eight-week clinical arc runs by secure telehealth anywhere in Texas, at the same price.
Is my email confidential?
It is read only by the clinical team. Email is not an encrypted channel, so send what you are comfortable sending and keep clinical detail for the call.
What if I am a partner, not the client?
Contact us directly. You are a separate client with your own intake and your own clinician, and you do not need his involvement or permission to reach out.
