What to expect

From the first phone call to the six-month follow-up, this is the operational walkthrough — what happens, in what order, and what is expected of you at each point. The clinical arc covers what the treatment is. This covers what the experience is.

The short version

1. You inquire. A form or a phone call. A licensed member of the clinical team replies within one business day.
2. Consult call. Thirty to forty-five minutes, with a clinician, free. The purpose is to work out whether this is the right level of care.
3. Intake assessment. Roughly ninety minutes. Formal assessment, history, and the beginning of your clinical formulation.
4. Eight weeks. Nine to twelve clinical hours a week, in three phases.
5. Aftercare. Arranged before you finish, not after. Six-month follow-up assessment.

Practical facts

Cost. $30,000 for the full eight-week clinical arc, billed at $15,000 per month. The Partner & Family Program is included at no additional cost. All major credit cards accepted. Full detail on pricing.

Insurance. Iron Ridge is private pay and out of network. We do not submit claims and we do not report to insurers about your care. Superbills are available for potential out-of-network PPO reimbursement — see insurance and superbills.

Location. In person at 4030 W. Braker Ln, Suite 410, Austin, TX 78759 — North Austin near Braker Lane and MoPac, on-site parking, ground floor, no waiting room shared with other practices. Or by secure telehealth anywhere in Texas, same arc, same price.

Time commitment. Nine to twelve clinical hours per week. The program is built to be attended alongside a full-time job. You should not need to stop working.

Confidentiality. We will not contact your insurance company, your employer, or your family. Standard clinical exceptions — risk of harm to self or others, abuse of a child or vulnerable adult, court order — are explained at intake.
