From the first phone call to the six-month follow-up, this is the operational walkthrough — what happens, in what order, and what is expected of you at each point. The clinical arc covers what the treatment is. This covers what the experience is.
The short version
- You inquire. A phone call or a form. Calls answered live by our team, Mon–Fri 8am–9pm CT. A form is followed up personally by a licensed member of the clinical team.
- Consult call. Thirty to forty-five minutes, with a clinician, free. The purpose is to work out whether this is the right level of care.
- Intake assessment. Roughly ninety minutes. Formal assessment, history, and the beginning of your clinical formulation.
- Eight weeks. Nine to twelve clinical hours a week, in three phases.
- Aftercare. Arranged before you finish, not after. Six-month follow-up assessment.

Practical facts
Cost. $25,000 for the full eight-week clinical arc, billed at $12,500 per month. The Partner & Family Program is included at no additional cost. All major credit cards accepted. Full detail on pricing.
Insurance. Iron Ridge is out of network. We can bill your PPO out of network or give you a superbill for potential reimbursement, or you can pay privately, with no claim submitted and nothing reported to an insurer — see insurance and superbills.
Location. In person at 4030 W. Braker Ln, Suite 410, Austin, TX 78759 — North Austin near Braker Lane and MoPac, on-site parking, ground floor, no waiting room shared with other practices. Or by secure telehealth anywhere in Texas, same arc, same price.
Time commitment. Nine to twelve clinical hours per week. The program is built to be attended alongside a full-time job. You should not need to stop working.
Confidentiality. We will not contact your insurance company, your employer, or your family. Standard clinical exceptions — risk of harm to self or others, abuse of a child or vulnerable adult, court order — are explained at intake.

What are the steps from inquiry to starting?
You call or send a form. Calls are answered live by our team, Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm Central, and a form is followed up personally by a licensed member of the clinical team. Then a free 30 to 45 minute consult call with a clinician, then a roughly 90-minute intake assessment, then the eight-week arc, then aftercare with a six-month follow-up assessment.
How much does the program cost?
$25,000 for the full eight-week clinical arc, billed at $12,500 per month, with the Partner & Family Program included at no additional cost. All major credit cards are accepted.
Do you take insurance?
Iron Ridge is out-of-network. You can use your PPO's out-of-network benefits, either through out-of-network billing or a superbill you submit yourself, or pay privately with no claim filed and nothing reported to an insurer. The choice is yours.
Will I have to stop working?
You should not need to. The program runs at 9 to 12 clinical hours per week and is built to be attended alongside a full-time job, in person in Austin or virtually from anywhere in Texas.
Who will know I am in treatment?
We will not contact your insurance company, your employer, or your family. The standard clinical exceptions — risk of harm to self or others, abuse of a child or vulnerable adult, and court order — are explained at intake rather than in fine print.
