Texas’ dedicated intensive program for men with compulsive sexual behavior and porn addiction: an eight-week intensive outpatient program, in person in Austin and by secure telehealth across Texas, and Texas’s only IOP built exclusively for this pattern. Because the opposite of addiction isn’t abstinence — it’s connection. Iron Ridge treats the isolation that makes recovery possible, not just the behavior that makes recovery necessary.

01

CSBD-Exclusive in Texas

The only IOP in Texas built exclusively for the CSBD-presenting population. No mixed-diagnosis groups. No dilution of the relational damage, betrayal, and shame this population actually carries.

02

Clinical Approach

Trauma-informed, evidence-based care led by a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist. Structured curriculum, not a support group.

03

Out-of-Network & Confidential

We are out-of-network with commercial insurance. We can bill your PPO out of network or provide superbills for reimbursement. PPO plans from insurers such as Cigna, Aetna and Anthem often include out-of-network benefits; coverage depends on your plan. Prefer no paper trail? Pay privately and no claim is filed.

A Structured Path

A structured path to clarity, direction, and honest change.

Compulsive sexual behavior rarely responds to weekly therapy alone. Iron Ridge provides the containment, structure, and clinical depth required when the problem has continued despite consequences.

“The first intensive outpatient program in the state built specifically for men with compulsive sexual behavior.”

Valiant Living Podcast, episode 70, September 2026

What Makes It Different

Not a substance rehab. Not a general IOP.

All men

Every client is a man. The room is built for how men carry this.

Every man in the room is there for the same reason

Groups are for compulsive sexual behavior only. No mixed-diagnosis groups, no one working on something else.

Not a substance program

No detox, no substance-use clients. A co-occurring drinking or drug problem is referred, not folded in.

A curriculum built for sexual behavior

An eight-week structured arc written for this pattern by a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist, not an addiction curriculum with the nouns changed.

If You Are the Partner

The reality you thought you were living in has just shifted. There is a way through this.

Whatever you learned — today, last night, or six months ago that you have been carrying alone — you are not overreacting and you are not unstable. What you are experiencing is a recognized clinical injury with a name: betrayal trauma. It is treatable, and you do not need to know where you want it to end before you start.

Iron Ridge’s Partner & Family Program is directed by co-founder Roxcy Brown, LMFT-Associate, CCPS-C (supervised by Billy Myers, LMFT-S, Texas license 201183), trained through APSATS in the Multidimensional Partner Trauma Model. Weekly individual therapy, a weekly clinical group with other partners walking the same ground, and coordination with the man’s IOP treatment team — on your own timeline.
