Iron Ridge is a referral-friendly partner for professionals who encounter clients with compulsive sexual behavior, infidelity, and partner trauma — but lack a specialized program to refer to.

How we work

A clinical partner, not a competitor.

We do not replace the relationship a client has with their primary therapist, psychiatrist, attorney, or pastor. We provide the specialized container that primary providers often cannot — intensive outpatient structure for compulsive sexual behavior, with parallel partner care.

What partners and families can expect.

Iron Ridge maintains a dedicated Partner & Family track grounded in the Multidimensional Partner Trauma Model (MPTM), led by Roxcy Brown, LMFT-A, APSAT-C. Partners receive their own clinical container — individual sessions, partner-only process group, nervous system repair, and structured couples stabilization sequenced to readiness.

When you refer a couple, you are referring two clients, each with their own treatment plan.

Practical details.

How does payment work for clients you refer?
Iron Ridge Recovery operates on a private-pay basis. We are out-of-network with all commercial insurance carriers. For clients with PPO plans that include out-of-network behavioral health benefits, we provide a monthly superbill that the client may submit to their carrier for potential partial reimbursement. We do not bill insurance on the client’s behalf and do not accept Medicaid or Medicare.
How quickly can you accept a referral?
We respond to professional referrals within one business day. The initial clinical consult is typically scheduled within the same week.
Do you coordinate care with the referring clinician?
Yes. With the client’s written consent, we provide written treatment summaries and coordinate with primary therapists, psychiatrists, and medical providers throughout the IOP arc.
What if the client’s partner needs care too?
Our Partner & Family Program runs alongside the men’s IOP, led by Roxcy Brown, LMFT-A, APSAT-C. Partners receive their own clinical container — individual sessions, partner-only process group, nervous system stabilization — rather than an adjunct to the man’s treatment.
